Collection of our posts
Dr. Foreman asked me to create a PDF that contains all of our posts until now. It's not the prettiest thing, but there are bookmarks so you can easily navigate from one post to another.
Please let me know your thoughts, or if you have issues downloading it.

Venessa, it works great. I need to learn to do this too.
To create it, this is what I did:
1. On a Mac running OSX, I displayed each of the posts in Safari, then clicked File > Print > Save as PDF.
2. In Adobe Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader, but the professional edition), I clicked Create PDF, then chose to create a PDF from Multiple Files. I chose the files in the order I wanted them to display in the PDF.
3. Once I completed the dialog boxes for creating a PDF from multiple files, I went through the PDF in Acrobat and added bookmarks to the first page of each post. That is, when the first page displays in the window, click Add Bookmark and type the desired text in the field.
